Sales Assistant (Women’s clothing)

Employment: Full Time

Job Outline

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand their needs.
• Basic knowledge of customer service procedures and sales concepts.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and client requirements.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
• The capacity to read, write, and communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, and management.
• The ability to multitask while maintaining customer focus.
• Capacity to operate as a team and exercise initiative without direct supervision.

Physical Demands:

• This job requires standing for at least two hours straight while moving around constantly, talking, listening, reaching, and grasping things.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
• Enthusiastic, pleasant, and dynamic with a genuine desire to offer excellent service.
• Ability to work a range of shifts, including overnight shifts and early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Experience in retail or a related field on the sales floor in the past is a plus.
