Job Outline

Responsibilities

• Transporting people, products, and documents inside the UAE as needed.
• Organize airport pickups and transportation for the CEO and the family throughout their travels to the UAE.
• Maintain vehicle requirements, automotive maintenance schedules, and tire condition while keeping the vehicle clean, both inside and out.
• Assist with office reorganization in preparation for forthcoming meetings/events.
• Support mail deliveries – both arriving and leaving Admin chores to include picking up flight tickets, bank processing paperwork, and visa application procedure.

Qualifications

• UAE driving license is essential.
• Open to natives of India and the Philippines.
• High school diploma or similar.
• Males aged 45 and under are preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in the same field.
• Experience of 3 years as a personal driver in Dubai.
• Those who can join immediately will be given more preference.
