1.Tax Consultant

Job Outline


Bestax Chartered Accountants is searching for an experienced accounting expert with a successful track record. The ideal applicant should fulfil the following requirements.

  • Maintain VAT-compliant bookkeeping for various clients.
  • Computing taxes for tax filing purposes.
  • Visiting clients for physical verification and bookkeeping. 
  • Handling client phone calls and offering relevant solutions. Data Entry of accounting transactions as per data received from the client.
  • Performing checks to ensure the accuracy of the accounting records; and
  • Keeping up to date on new laws and regulations and informing clients about the same.
  • Preparing period reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, among others.
  • Keeping timesheets for work performed on different customers.


  • At least two years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Tally, Zoho, or Quick Books would be beneficial.
  • Understanding Corporate Tax would be helpful.
  • MS Office (Excel & Word) expertise is required.
  • Excellent English-speaking abilities are required; other languages would be an asset.
  • ACCA/CA or other related professional credentials
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Must have solid negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills.

2. ZOHO Developer

Job Outline


  • All Zoho apps must be implemented, customized, and managed on a daily basis.
  • Understand the internal team’s business processes and needs in order to deploy and adapt various modules in the applicable Zoho Application.
  • Create and manage sync integrations across Zoho platform apps.
  • Work with in-house web developers to handle any lead capture concerns using webform CRM fields, using third-party APIs or code.
  • Before going live, test modifications and solutions in development environments (sandboxes). Test fixes to confirm problems and issues have been fixed.
  • Provide all corporate apps with generic support.
  • Provide on-site help for ad hoc requests, coding, live chat, lookup, and corporate module data sync across CRM, Books, and Analytics.
  • Troubleshoot any system difficulties with the Zoho Team.
  • Create end-user documentation for modifications and updates.


  • At least two years of related experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
  • The ability to design logical processes, relevant fields, and data mapping.
  • Zoho Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of all Zoho One Apps, primarily CRM, Analytics, Books, Sales IQ, Desk, Survey, and Campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the Zoho One admin structure and application, Zoho APIs, and integration with third-party apps such as WordPress, Gravity Forms, and Zoho formulas.
  • Analytics Experience with Deluge Scripting, JavaScript, MySQL Queries, and jQuery.
  • Database administration and data management software.
  • Written and spoken English fluency.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to generate strong presentations.
