Job Description / Role
1. Sales Administrator – Automobile
Job Outline
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities
- Back office responsibilities include sales procedure and daily stock management.
- Updating the Skoda Middle East vehicle reporting system.
- Providing the sales team with specification and price information.
- Updating the internal stock board and stock lists to ensure information correctness.
- Completing and submitting monthly support claims to Skoda Middle East.
- Monitor and report on daily sales operations to the Sales Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager/General Manager.
Qualifications
- A diploma or a degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role with a firm knowledge of the sales ordering process in automobile sales.
- Fluency in English.
- Should be experienced with MS Office products, and ERP knowledge is highly beneficial.
2. Used Car Buyer
Job Outline
Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities
- Procurement and evaluation of vehicles.
- Searching for potential car buyers.
- Purchase automobiles at the proper price and in accordance with stock mix requirements.
- Meeting volume and gross margin objectives as planned.
- For faster stock turnover, ensure that the stock mix is balanced and priced accordingly.
- Make certain that vehicles are not on the sales lot for longer than 90 days.
- Maintains current market and used car valuation.
- Produce high-quality retail goods for the CPO Department.
- Provide their consumers with exceptional customer service values.
- Also, perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the Used Car Section.
Qualifications
- A diploma or a degree in education.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a comparable role. Must have strong industry relationships and a thorough grasp of the UAE used car market.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Computer Proficiency.
3. Chief Accountant
Job Outline
Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities
- All accounting services must be provided efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Follow accounting rules and procedures manuals and verify that department staff also follows them.
- Maintain control of bank funds and cash collections.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable control.
- Ensure that suppliers supply the firm with monthly statements of accounts that are balanced to accounts payable in the sub-ledger.
- Verify all Company payments, receipts, invoices and so on.
- Examine the payroll report to check its correctness.
- Review bank statements and fix any long-standing issues in partnership with the appropriate Departments.
- Eventually, control the company’s spending.
- As ordered by the Accounts & Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer, monitor budget implementation.
- Coordinate with external auditors and make their tasks easier.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Accounts & Finance Manager.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a professional certificate are required (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA, etc.)
- A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with supervisory duties in the automobile rental / automotive industry.
- Knowledge of English and Arabic will be helpful.
- ERP / Oracle is strongly recommended.
- Proficient with extensive knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
