Ipurity Jobs Description

Employment: Full Time

Sales Coordinator

Dubai, UAE

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all new and existing opportunities are followed and completed promptly.
• Work cooperatively with our pre-sales, delivery, and support desk teams.
• Pay attention to how our contracts and sales operations are administered.
• Gather data from our sales team and include our pre-sales team.
• Send a sales proposal to the client using Salesforce or the sales team.
• Give the sales staff all the documents they need.
• Report monthly to Management by collecting information from each internal department.
• Manage and deliver monthly sales reports.

Job requirements:

• 2 years of Coordination experience and/or Sales Administration.
• Proficient with corporate productivity.
• Expertise in MS Office (i.e.: excel, VLOOKUP).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM is preferred.
• Proficiency in the English Language.

Key Skill Requirement:

• High self-drive, confidence and coordination skills.
• The capacity to multitask, prioritize, maintain calmness, and efficiently manage time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to learn rapidly and use that information, as well as operate in a team atmosphere.
• The ability to build relationships with consumers and suppliers.
