More About Sea World Abu Dhabi
SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is a new marine life theme park as well as an animal research, rescue, and rehabilitation centre. The UAE Capital’s proposed underwater theme park, which will take visitors there, is nearly finished. SeaWorld Abu Dhabi will start operations soon.
It will be the first SeaWorld Park outside of the United States, as well as the first park that does not feature killer whales. When finished later this year, the project will be the newest addition to Yas Island’s tourist attractions.
Over 150 different kinds of aquatic life and various bird species will be housed in the 183,000 square meter theme park, which is built on five indoor floors. Its water storage capacity is estimated to be 58 million litres.
History of Sea World Abu Dhabi
In order to bring SeaWorld Abu Dhabi to Yas Island, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and Miral established a new agreement on December 13th, 2016. The park will be located in Ferrari World’s northeast. Miral, who will entirely fund the project, has been granted a brand license by SeaWorld. SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment stated on October 5, 2020, that development on SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is “64% finished” and would be completed in earlier 2023.

- Themed locations, rides, and immersive media experiences.
- The first centre for marine research, rescue, rehabilitation, and return in the United Arab Emirates, which is scheduled to open this year and be situated near the park.
