Beauty Therapist

Mirdiff, Dubai

You will be a member of the sales team for the Beauty Boutique (makeup, perfumes, and skin care), reporting to the Boutique Manager, and you will help to engage Chanel’s customers by giving them an exceptional and unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Educate the staff and clients about the brand’s history, legacy, and know-how.
• Always uphold the brand’s grooming standards to represent it as an ambassador.
• Create a custom experience, provide individualized solutions, and guarantee superior customer care in line with Chanel’s traditions and standards.
• Make sure customers are greeted professionally to build a lasting bond and promote brand loyalty.
• Resolve customer service issues and requests in a way that adheres to regulations.
• Support and mentor the group by imparting your in-depth understanding of skincare.
• Make sure skincare stock management is efficient (inventory, order, etc.).
• Make suggestions to continually improve and advance the skincare category.
• Share best practices with the staff to promote cross-selling across all categories and give skincare at the selling ceremony.
• Know the most recent skincare trends (companies, technology, innovations, digital…)
• Make sure the Boutique is kept in accordance with the VM requirements.
• Recognize how the Boutique is run, take part in it, and provide reports to your manager as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• A fully qualified beauty therapist with five years of experience working at a high-end spa.
• Strong client experience and face-treatment skills.
• Passionate in the beauty industry and knowledgeable about the client experience.
• To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, and a strong multicultural mindset.
• Arabic proficiency would be advantageous; however, English proficiency is required.
