1.AC Technician

Job Outline

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and equipment maintenance for ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Detecting equipment maintenance concerns.
• Identifying mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
• System maintenance tasks like cleaning, adjusting, and repairs, as well as warranty work.
• Conducting urgent repairs quickly and effectively.
• Giving technical guidance and on-the-job training.
• Logging and recording all maintenance activities on a daily basis.
• Making sure that the Occupational Health and Safety Act and appliance requirements are followed.
• Observing service standards, work directions, and client demands.
• Knowledge of infrastructure

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s/Diploma in related field.
• Minimum five (5) years in a similar role
• Minimum eight (8) years in large projects (Infrastructure projects) in the UAE.

2. Planning Manager

Job Outline

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and accept the planning packages and submissions, as well as the setting up of the Baseline Program with the Contractor.
• Advise to the management of the client on planning and programs.
• Develop the engineering, procurement, and construction sequence logic and validate it against procurement strategies on a regular basis.
• Together with the project director, construction manager, and commercial manager, approve the contract and baseline program.
• The delivery program should be created, followed, and updated as necessary.
• Look over the Contract documentation for each Construction Package and let the Projects Director know if there are any errors.
• Review the Contractor’s planned site organization and the CVs of the Planners and report to the Projects Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s/Diploma in related field.
• Minimum five (5) years in a similar role
• Minimum eight (8) years in large projects (Infrastructure projects) in the UAE.
