Responsibilities
- Supports the efficient operation of the safety and security department, which ensures that all areas are kept up to the highest standards.
- Delivers a positive and fast response to guest queries, also working with a team to ensure that guests are as comfortable and satisfied as possible.
- Takes responsibilities and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional way.
- Executes departmental strategies and goals, ensuring that hotel efforts and targets are met.
- Collaborates with their direct report to ensure that expenses and inventories are under control and that productivity and performance levels are met.
- Maintains successful working relations while promoting the company’s culture and principles.
- Ensure that all laws are followed, and that proper research requirements and best practices are planned, carried out, and recorded for an internal and external audit, doing any necessary follow-up.
Requirements
- Experience in safety and security is desirable but not required.
- Strategy that is practical and can-do in nature.
- Passion for the hospitality business and dedication to providing great guest service.
- Capability to discover inventive solutions while assuming responsibility for obligations and tasks assigned.
- Personal integrity, as well as the capacity to perform in an atmosphere where excellence is expected.
