About the Laundry Manager Role

A laundry manager is in charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the laundry department as well as providing an outstanding guest experience while monitoring stock ordering and supplier relations. Responsibilities

Laundry Manager Requirements and Skills

• Two to three years of experience managing entry-level staff.
• Experience managing cleaning and laundry operations in the hotel sector for at least two years.
• A high school diploma is needed, a Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
• Team management expertise.
• Should be familiar with hotel software and computers.
• Excellent organizing and communication abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, as well as teamwork skills.
