Job Outline
Responsibilities
- Use tools for checking batteries, such as a multimeter, a soldering iron, or a battery tester.
- Check the battery for defects that affect its performance, check the battery’s ability to store charge, or check the battery’s voltage output.
- Review the necessary next steps for a safe and effective operation.
- Manage several work orders simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communicate findings and any alarming outcomes of service to the customer.
- Follow the safety and hygiene regulations set out by the appropriate authorities.
- Put on the appropriate and essential safety equipment, such as safety goggles or other eye protection, hard helmets, and gloves.
Requirements
- A manual driving license in the UAE is mandatory.
- Having prior experience in the same industry is preferable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to solve problems by determining their root causes and preventing them from reoccurring.
- The capacity to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- The capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The availability to work overtime when necessary.
